Penn State Health Medical Group in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Medical Office Associate to support front desk operations in a busy pediatric setting. The role is full-time with day shifts (Mon–Fri, 7:00a–4:30p or 7:00a–6:00p) and responsibilities including check-in/out, scheduling coordination, and patient assistance.

The position reports to the Office Manager and supports delivering patient-centered care in the Forge Road Pediatrics location, contributing to a smooth patient flow and friendly,
