Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional computer skills and the ability to quickly master multiple computer programs.
• Knowledge of business and office machines such as fax, telephone, computer and printer, copier as well as reception skills.

• Manage phone calls and messages professionally.
• Verify orders and register patients accurately.
• Handle no-shows and late arrivals.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and obtain authorizations.

• Update scheduling templates as needed.

Schedule:7:00 am - 5:30 pm, four 10-hour shifts/week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday
