Job summary

Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics is seeking a part-time Sleep Medicine Physician to join the Salem Health Medical Group Sleep Clinic. You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the health care team to directly manage patient care and deliver sleep medicine services in Salem, Oregon.

The role requires board certification/eligibility in Sleep Medicine, an unrestricted Oregon medical license, and a fellowship in Sleep Medicine.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Residency in neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, ENT, pediatrics, or other qualifying specialty.
• Fellowship in Sleep Medicine completed.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in a primary specialty recognized by ABMS or AOA, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the health care team to directly manage patient care.
• Provide Sleep Medicine evaluations and treatment planning for patients.

Salem Health is seeking a part-time Sleep Medicine Physician to join our Salem Health team. As a Sleep Medicine Physician with Salem, you will work in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers , and other members of the health care team to directly manage the care of patients. Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited residency program in neurology, psychiatry, internal Medicine, family medicine, ENT, pediatrics, or other qualifying specialty.
• Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Sleep Medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in a primary specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA), as applicable.
