Kettering Health is hiring a Medical Office Assistant Float to support patient care, safety, and access in a medical office setting. You will handle front desk duties, manage records in EHR, and help create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Medical Office Assistant Float supports patient care, safety, and access by performing administrative tasks in a medical office or outpatient setting. This role ensures efficient front office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Work Experience:

None required

experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

None required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education:

Completion of a medical assisting or medical office administration program from an accredited institution.

One year of experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or healthcare administrative support role.
