Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to physicians and clinicians across hospice, palliative, and primary care.
• Serve as a compassionate point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and team members.
• Coordinate provider schedules to ensure timely patient care.
• Manage patient communications and scheduling through the EMR system.
• Facilitate accurate and timely communication between field staff and office teams.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle confidential documents.
• Support departmental projects and daily operations to promote efficient workflow.
