Pay for this position is $17.60/hour. This is an hourly position.
Position Summary: The Digital Care Medical Assistant in the Digital Health Contact Center handles non-acute triage clinical calls appropriate for each patient's age and developmental level. They provide care in various environments, working collaboratively with patients, caregivers, providers, and nurses to meet patient needs.
The Medical Assistants utilize various digital platforms to deliver exceptional care and facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
The Medical Assistant demonstrates service excellence and accountability by recognizing the relationship between cost-effectiveness and efficient care, positively impacting OSF HealthCare's key results.
