The center provides a wide range of services such as psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ADHD testing and treatment, psychoeducational assessments, counseling, parent coaching, early intervention, and college counseling. The Medical Office Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Columbia, MD. This team member supports daily front office operations by greeting clients, answering phones, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Core responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance information, updating patient records, and assisting with intake and checkout procedures. The Medical Office Assistant also supports clinicians with administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, organizing files, and coordinating communication between clients, providers, and external offices. This role contributes to efficient clinic flow and a positive client experience while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to office policies.
Must be available to work two week days 3 pm to 7 pm, Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm and Saturdays as needed.
