Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service experience required.
• Experience in medical office/healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical behavior.
• Register patients, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with reminders.
• Enter data in the EHR and route communications appropriately.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day closing.
