Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6 months in a related field involving administrative support and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients, visitors, providers and office staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintains positive patient flow and timeliness of duties.
• Performs office liaison duties as required.
• Handle scheduling, referrals, appointments and ancillaries.
• Maintain patient demographics, insurance data and post charges/payments.
