Qualifications

Description

The Nurse Practitioner serves as an advanced practice nurse in the area of medical management; medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective interventions in collaboration with and under the direction of a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of Michigan. Prescriptive authority is accomplished through the collaboration with a licensed physician.

Schedule

40 hours a week, 4 10 hour shifts, every third weekend rotation required.

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience strongly preferred
• Must meet all mandatory education and training requirements needed to maintain Michigan licensure, with a Nurse Practitioner Specialty designation
