Responsibilities

• Perform nurse-to-nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed.
• Conduct internal nursing assessments.
• Assess, plan, and deliver care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Continuously assess and reassess patient's medical and psychiatric status and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and implement the patient's treatment plan.
• Provide care to both adult and adolescent patients.

Description

• Complete nurse to nurse assessment with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed.
• Complete internal nursing assessments.
• Competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• The nurse continually assesses and reassesses the patient's medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
• Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient's treatment plan.
• Works with both adult and adolescent population.

Hours

All full time roles are 3 12-hour shifts per week, with an every other weekend rotation*

Days 7am-7:30pm

Rover 9am-9:30pm OR 6pm-6:30am *every third weekend rotation

Nights 7pm-7:30am
