Job summary

Definium Therapeutics seeks an experienced Associate Director of Medical Marketing to shape the scientific positioning and commercialization of DT120. The role collaborates closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Clinical Development to align strategies with corporate goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead KOL engagement, advisory boards, and congress activities, while synthesizing clinical and market insights to drive evidence-based communications and launch

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry with experience in medical marketing or commercial launch support.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations governing scientific exchange and promotional activities.
• Experience leading KOL engagement programs, advisory boards, and medical congress activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical marketing initiatives to support DT120's scientific positioning and commercialization.
• Lead KOL engagement strategy including identification, segmentation, and ongoing planning.
• Manage advisory board planning, objectives, attendee selection, content, logistics and insight capture.
• Support medical congress strategy including sponsorships, exhibits, and speaker programs.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Regulatory to align activities with objectives.
• Direct external agencies and vendors supporting congresses and communications initiatives.
• Gather insights from KOL interactions and market intelligence to inform strategy and launch readiness.
