Definium Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Medical Communications to lead medical strategy, narrative development, and educational content across psychiatry portfolios. You will translate evidence into clear communications for multiple stakeholders and manage agency partners in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires strong scientific writing, training material creation, and collaboration with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD/PhD/MD or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical/biotech medical affairs or medical communications.
• Demonstrated experience building medical communication strategies and narratives.
• Experience creating scientific training resources for internal audiences.
• Experience coordinating medical, legal, regulatory review processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated medical communication strategies aligned with Medical Affairs priorities.
• Lead creation of scientific narratives, core messages, and educational content.
• Translate complex data into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Manage medical communication agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Support medical reviews and ensure regulatory alignment across materials.
