Job summary

Definium Therapeutics is seeking a senior medical marketing leader to drive KOL engagement and launch support for DT120. The role collaborates with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align scientific engagement with corporate goals, and to steer evidence-generation strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/biotech with medical marketing experience and strong regulatory knowledge, including KOL programs and congresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare with medical marketing or launch support experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with KOL programs and congresses.

Responsibilities

• Lead KOL engagement strategy, including identification, segmentation, and relationship development.
• Manage advisory boards and medical congress activities, from planning to insight capture.

• Base pay range of $170,000 - $198,000 USD.
