Amaro Law Firm in Houston seeks a Medical Manager to coordinate medical treatment for clients in personal injury cases. You will ensure timely care, maintain clear documentation, and support the legal team with medical insights to maximize case value.
We seek a proactive, organized professional with excellent communication who can correlate medical progress with case strategy and collaborate across teams to drive outcomes.
We are a nationally recognized plaintiff’s trial law firm, founded in 2005, located in Houston’s Heights area. Occupying nearly 20,000 square feet, our growing firm is known for securing results through passion and tenacity. Our attorneys are frequent speakers at legal conferences, have earned accolades for their service, and have handled high-profile cases featured in national media and law school curricula. We specialize in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, truck and car accidents, workplace injuries, product liability, and other tort cases. Our high-energy environment is driven by passionate advocates who prepare every case for trial from day one, handling numerous trials across Texas annually.
At our core, we operate with a results-driven mindset. Every role—from intake to case management to attorneys—understands how their work directly impacts case value, client experience, and firm growth. Team members are empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and continuously improve processes rather than simply move files from one stage to another. Unlike many law firms, this firm is run like a corporation with high service standards and a high-performance culture using EOS, KPIs, OKRs, SOPs, and other standard corporate strategies and tactics to maximize our efforts for our clients while maintaining organization, standards, and efficiencies.
The Medical Manager coordinates the medical treatment and development of clients involved in non-wrongful death commercial vehicle accident and trucking cases within the firm’s litigation departments. This role ensures clients receive timely and appropriate medical care, treatment progresses according to plan, medical documentation is complete, and the legal team has the information necessary to maximize case value and client recovery.
