Hall Prangle LLC in Las Vegas seeks a senior litigation paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our trial defense team. The role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case initiation to discovery and trial, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidates should be highly organized, proficient with MS Office, and comfortable handling document production, e-discovery, and billing. Healthcare litigation knowledge is a plus, and a professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Paralegal within a law firm supporting attorneys practicing litigation.
• Knowledge of concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures of the law.
• Experience with document production, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Organize documents and coordinate document productions (Bates-stamping, redaction, indexing).
• Conduct document searches and background checks using online sources and public records.
• Manage damage computations and update using Excel.
• Coordinate written discovery responses and privilege logs.
• Identify and manage medical records and collaborate with Records Coordinator throughout discovery.
• Oversee documents through litigation support departments and coordinate trial preparation.
