Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury 5+ Years
We are hiring a senior litigation paralegal who takes pride in high-quality work and wants to be part of a growing, family-friendly firm that values accountability, initiative, and personal growth.
Take ownership of an assigned personal-injury litigation caseload of approximately 40-50 matters, from drafting the complaint through settlement and trial preparation.
Work directly with four attorneys as a trusted, proactive litigation resource.
Keep cases moving by proactively moving discovery, managing deadlines, anticipating needs, maintaining organized files, and raising issues before they become problems.
Handle core litigation work, including complaints, service, pleadings, discovery, expert retention and disclosures, medical-record coordination, settlement materials, and trial preparation.
Work independently and build efficient systems and processes with your team.
This is not a role with a dedicated litigation assistant or junior paralegal to manage. You must be comfortable owning your cases and moving them forward without relying on others for routine work.
This is a hybrid position. You may work remotely if you are efficient, responsive, and consistently productive, or work from our Las Vegas office if preferred.
If you need constant direction, this role will not work. If you take control, communicate early, and consistently produce quality work, you’ll thrive here.
Reference checks with prior employers will be required.
