Qualifications

Doctorate in law from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation from discovery to trial and appeal.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy and stay updated on laws.
Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal opinions.
Represent clients in court, attend depositions, mediations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
