Qualifications

• 1-2 years of defense of medical malpractice or personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong writing and research abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work within litigation teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle case management, legal research, motions, discovery, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, respond to discovery motions, and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and insurers, with updates and litigation plans.
• Indirectly manage caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining professional standards.
• Provide strategic counsel throughout the litigation process.
