Candidates should have a JD or equivalent, 1+ years of litigation experience, and strong writing and communication skills. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required, with a focus on meticulous organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in Medical Malpractice or related areas preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• E-file court documents in state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Organize trial binders and exhibits.
• Draft and file appellate documents.
• Perform administrative duties and manage case logistics.
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
• Organize exhibits and evidence.
• Assist with interrogatories and discovery requests.
