Qualifications
- 1–2 years defending medical malpractice or personal injury cases.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
- Strong writing and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage busy case dockets and deadlines.
- Team player with ethical practice.
Responsibilities
- Handle case management and discovery in medical malpractice matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and responses.
- Conduct legal research and support trial preparation.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and experts.
- Develop litigation plans and provide strategic counsel.
