This role emphasizes client service and building expertise in professional liability insurance. You will manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day service for physicians and healthcare professionals, while working with carriers, producers, and the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of medical malpractice and professional liability accounts, primarily supporting physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, assisting with renewals, policy changes, coverage questions, documentation, and day-to-day service needs.
• Work closely with producers, carriers, and internal team members to ensure clients receive responsive, accurate, and proactive service.
• Independently manage your book following the training period while continuing to have access to an experienced and supportive team.
• Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
