Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of Customer Service or Logistics experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• General knowledge of logistics operations.

• Learn Dispatch Application and accurately enter pick up requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address client concerns.
• Escalate issues to a Group Lead or Supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery destinations and support multiple regions.
