Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service or Logistics experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• General knowledge of logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound telephone calls, meet productivity goals.
• Learn Dispatch Application and accurately enter pick up requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and escalate issues appropriately.
• Coordinate with field logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
