Quest Diagnostics in Lenexa, KS seeks a dedicated courier to pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials on a fixed schedule. You will communicate with clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and safely operate a non-CDL company vehicle.

You will use handheld scanners and route software to track shipments, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient care. Excellent customer service is essential.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions in the past 36 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and scanning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on the move during shifts.
• Prior medical, courier, or logistics experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials; may cover additional routes.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL).
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with all DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
• Complete office and logistics tasks including training team members and packing/shipping specimens for flights.
