Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Dispatcher I for Sunday to Thursday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. You will handle client pickup requests, plan routes, and coordinate with field operations to ensure timely lab deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of customer service or logistics experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn dispatch software. Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of customer service or logistics experience
• Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and Quest Diagnostics policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn dispatch software and accurately enter pickup requests

Responsibilities

• Answers client pick-up request calls and enter into dispatch system
• Determines if pickup can be performed as requested by the client based upon multiple factors
• Assigns pickup and delivery destinations to courier
• Actively listens to client concerns, conducts preliminary research and forwards client to appropriate party or escalates issue to a Group Lead or Supervisor
• May include other tasks as assigned
