Job summary
Sonic Healthcare USA in Memphis seeks a qualified medical laboratory professional for Laboratory Operations. You will perform high- and moderate-complexity testing, analyze and report results, and ensure accuracy while maintaining safety in a fast-paced lab.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related with 1 year MT training
- 1 year of lab training or experience performing high complexity testing
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Active Tennessee licensure
- Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes) and understand alarms
Responsibilities
- Perform high- and moderate-complexity testing.
- Analyze, review, and report testing results.
- Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
- Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biosafety hazards.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
