Sonic Healthcare USA in Memphis, TN is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist. The role includes dayshift duties from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance in a large clinical laboratory setting. Qualifications include a BS in Medical Technology or related sciences with MT training, ASCP certification, and Tennessee licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related science with MT training.
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• Certification by ASCP or equivalent.
• Active Tennessee Licensure.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high and moderate complexity testing as part of patient care.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biological/chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
