Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and handle patient specimens for accurate laboratory testing.
• Perform and troubleshoot hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and immunology testing.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor laboratory analyzers.
• Maintain strict quality control and follow applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient care.
• Document test results in the EMR and communicate critical values promptly.
• Help optimize laboratory and clinic workflows to improve efficiency.
