Job summary

Coordinated Care Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our growing team. This role involves performing a variety of technical laboratory functions to support patient care and medication compliance.

Key responsibilities include conducting chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology tests; reporting results accurately; ensuring proper specimen collection, calibration of equipment, and adherence to CLIA and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical or Biological Science required or preferred.
• Must maintain continuing education requirements.
• Experience in clinical laboratory testing and result reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology.
• Accurately report test results in accordance with clinic protocols, including prompt notification of abnormal findings to providers or nursing staff.
• Ensure proper specimen collection, sampling integrity, and accurate documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring sterility and operational readiness.
• Adhere to all laboratory policies, CLIA standards, and OSHA regulations.
