CarolinaEast Health System is seeking a Laboratory Technologist to perform a wide range of tests from waived to high complexity in the Clinical Laboratory. You will apply medical technology principles to produce reliable results that support physician diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires an associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, CLIA-compliant training, and active certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
• CLIA requirements: 60 semester hours or equivalent with core science/MLT courses and ABHES/NAACLS clinical training.
• Registered or eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and advanced laboratory tests ranging from waived to high complexity.
• Works in one or more sections of the Clinical Laboratory.
• Produces reliable test results to aid physician diagnosis and treatment.
