• Collects and labels specimens from patients across ages.
• Provides training and guidance to technicians, phlebotomists, and staff.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting standards and CAP requirements.
• Performs specialty testing across transfusion, microbiology, chemistry, hematology, histology, coagulation and flow cytometry.
• Supports critical care departments with rapid, accurate results during high-demand events.
