Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and a 12-month internship in all lab departments.
• Must obtain MLT (ASCP) licensure within one year after hire.
• Proven skills in routine lab testing and accurate result reporting.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through bench areas including evenings and weekends.
• Perform venipunctures and specimen processing.
• Ensure accurate test results and report within established guidelines.
• Train MLT students and orient new staff.
• Maintain quality control and participate in proficiency testing.
