Houston Methodist is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform routine and complex analyses with attention to quality and efficiency. The role requires strong knowledge of laboratory methods, safety practices, and patient data integrity, along with effective communication with clinicians and staff.

The candidate should have a credentialed education program and within one year, complete required certifications (ASCP/AMT).

Competenze

• Graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body.
• One year of work or training experience in a hospital laboratory preferred.
• Must have one of the following within one year of hire/transfer into this role: MLT – Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP); CLA – Certified Laboratory Assistant (ASCP); MLT – Medical Laboratory Technician (AMT)
