Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), St. Joseph's Highland, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to perform routine and complex testing across major clinical laboratory areas. Under supervision, you will ensure accurate test results to support diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires an associate degree with NAACLS accreditation or equivalent, and certification eligibility. Day shifts, 40 hours weekly, in Highland, IL, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with NAACLS-accredited MLT program or equivalent.
• 60 academic credits including chemistry and biology with relevant 50-week training or 3 years lab experience in last 10 years.
• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification preferred or eligible.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and complex testing in all major clinical laboratory areas.
• Analyze specimens and prepare detailed reports to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Contribute to high-quality laboratory services and accurate test results.
