Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical/Life Science or related field.
• MLS certification preferred; MLT candidates with certification encouraged to apply.
• Biology degree candidates considered if MLS-eligible.
• Experience with Epic or WellSky is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate instrumentation and perform routine/complex testing on blood and other specimens.
• Maintain quality control and document results accurately.
• Troubleshoot instruments and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Record and report patient results within standard turnaround times.
