ARMStaffing is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our clinical team in Hebron, Nebraska. You will contribute to patient care by performing and overseeing lab tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring CLIA-compliant operations.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Medical Technology or MLS, and ASCP or AMT certification. You will work 4–10 hour shifts with on-call rotation, collaborate with medical staff, and participate in proficiency testing and quality control.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Technology or MLS required.
• ASCP or AMT certification required and must be maintained.
• Full range of body motion including manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform laboratory services in accordance with CLIA standards and budgets.
• Adhere to test methods to ensure accurate test performance and quality results.
• Coordinate with reference labs for high-quality testing and timely reporting.
• Collect specimens from patients and perform tests in various lab areas.
• Monitor testing procedures and ensure acceptable analytical performance.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and keep work areas clean.
• Work with medical staff to maintain quality service and communication.
