Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity medical laboratory tests and analyses per standards.
• Assist with development and validation for MLT I competencies.
• Assist with clinical decision-making and interpretation of procedures.
• Provide direction to MLT I and serve as a clinical resource.
• Analyze test results and enter data into the system accurately.
• Maintain quality controls and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Support instrument maintenance and preventive upkeep.
• Train new employees, students and staff when required.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely testing and reporting.
• Contribute toLEAN process improvements and safety practices.
