Role Overview

The Medical Lab Technician conducts routine and complex tests in toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology to aid patient diagnosis and treatment. Join our dedicated team committed to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological, and microscopic procedures.
• Ensure accurate results across hematology, serology, chemistry, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, etc.
• Maintain quality by running standards, calibrating equipment, and monitoring controls.

Qualifications

• MLT certification (ASCP or AMT), to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Associate Degree.
• Preferred: at least one year hospital experience.
