Position: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Role: The MLT utilizes skills and training to perform tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids to aid in diagnosis and evaluation. Participates in Quality Improvement activities and maintains cultural awareness when interacting with patients, visitors, and colleagues. Promotes a team-oriented environment and aligns with the facility’s mission, vision, and values.
