Job summary

Sanford Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to cover pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing phases. You will follow SOPs, maintain laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and serve as a resource to clinicians and other departments across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Laboratory Science required.
• National certification for MLT or CLT through an approved HHSA agency (e.g., ASCP) or registry eligible.
• Registry eligible candidates must complete the Board of Registry examination within 12 months of employment.
• If working in North Dakota (ND), must be licensed or have a provisional license by the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice.
• Maintain continuing education credits equivalent to the state requirements as needed for license and certifications.
• May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
