Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a General Lab Supervisor for a top healthcare facility in South-Central Pennsylvania. This permanent, direct-hire role involves overseeing daily operations of the General Lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

You will lead a team of lab technicians, implement quality control procedures, train staff on lab processes, and participate in strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• ASCP certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lab operations and regulatory requirements (FDA, AABB, CAP).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related software.
