Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, addressing complaints, and supporting education programs; the role requires ASCP/NCA/AMT licensure and a relevant clinical degree, with at least three years of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed ASCP, NCA, or AMT certifications required.
• Medical Technology training through an accredited school with national certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or allied field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical personnel in the department and oversee staff training.
• Ensure quality assurance standards and fiscal control.
• Maintain CAP, GDHR, and DNV records for laboratory accreditation.
• Oversee performance reviews and personnel management duties.
• Complete required reports on time (CAP W.L.V., staffing schedules, etc.).
