Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician/MLS to perform routine laboratory tests and report results under supervision. The role may include phlebotomy and requires adherence to CLIA, OSHA, and confidentiality standards.

Candidates should have an MLT or MLS pathway with relevant training, and be prepared to work in a busy lab environment with attention to detail and strong teamwork. Full-time, Mon-Fri 7am-4pm at our Kyle, TX location.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or MLT with school lab training.
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy may be required.
• Qualified as Testing Personnel under CLIA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine medical laboratory tests under supervision.
• Process specimens and report results.
• Coordinate specimen pickup or delivery to reference/ outside labs.
• Maintain quality control records and instrument calibrations.
• Assist with phlebotomy and on-site training as needed.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA and company policies.
