Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences required.
• ASCP certification required.
• 1–2 years laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for specimen handling, processing, testing, and recording results.
• Maintain quality control records and instrument calibrations.
• Adhere to quality control policies and document all activities.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and report to supervisor.
• Document corrective actions when test systems deviate from specs.
• Work effectively as a team member.
