UCHealth's UCHlth Broomfield Hospital BF Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform diagnostic testing on patient specimens, interpret results, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist program.
• Certification as MT/MLS (AMT/ASCP) or categorical ASCP certification; state licensure if required; certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Performs diagnostic/analytic testing of specimens. Interprets, documents and reports test results.
• Performs quality control testing, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complies with good laboratory practice and regulatory requirements.
• Provides guidance to laboratory staff and other clinical staff as needed.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
