Qualifications

• B.S. in Medical Technology or related field, or AAS with 10 years’ experience.
• Certification in CLS/MLS (or equivalent) within 6 months of hire.
• Maintenance program required for continued certification every 3 years.
• Structured hospital-based training and clinical internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze laboratory specimens and report results timely.
• Participate in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, maintenance and safety programs.
• Assist in evaluating new methods and participate in teaching and training.
• Perform other duties with minimal supervision.
