Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician to perform accurate, timely diagnostic testing that supports exceptional patient care. This on-site role requires processing and analyzing specimens, validating and reporting results, and maintaining instruments in a high-quality laboratory.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and lab colleagues to uphold rigorous safety standards and contribute to a culture of compassion and innovation within our not-for-profit health

Qualifications

• Must hold verified MLS certification or equivalent.
• Ability to perform accurate diagnostic testing with attention to quality control.
• Strong teamwork and communication with clinical staff.
