Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in medical technology, medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical or biological science.
• Current Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist license in the state of practice (or trainee/permit) with 90 days to obtain.
• ASCP, AMT or AAB generalist certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire; additional certifications if working in Academic Medical Center facility.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality control and instrument maintenance; documents corrective actions.
