A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Medical Lab Technician V

Position details:

• Type: Full-time Contract, potential for contract to hire
• Duration: 3 months
• Location: Nashville, TN 37236
• Shift: 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities of a Medical Lab Technician V include:

• Performing patient testing, bone marrow collection, staining, processing
• Supporting various tests including Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Respiratory, and Oncology, as well as dispatching or accessioning
• Conducting tests supporting mothers and babies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science
• BS in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science from an accredited college or university with at least 1 year of relevant training or experience
• 90 Semester hours including Biology, Chemistry (at least 6 hours inorganic), and Math, plus completion of an accredited Clinical Laboratory training program or equivalent experience
• Associate’s degree in medical technology is also acceptable

Pay Range & Benefits:

Pay Range: $36.00/hr to $38.65/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
